Not on the standard grille guards. The guard and the mounting bracket are sold as separate parts, and the bracket is the piece that is specific to your truck. The one exception is the EX-Guard XG-150, which ships with its bracket included and needs nothing extra. - Which bracket fits my truck?
Volvo VNL 2014 to 2017 uses bracket 8.B02.OV. Volvo 2018 to 2024 uses 8.B08.NV. Freightliner Cascadia 2004 to 2017 uses 564.99760. Cascadia 2018 to 2022 uses 564.99801. If your year sits on a boundary, send us the make, model and year and we will confirm before you order. - What is the difference between the small, medium and large grille guards?
They differ in how much of the front end they cover. 564.99005 is the small guard, 8.F10 is medium, and 8.F14 and 8.F20 are the large sizes. All of them mount on the same truck-specific brackets, so the size choice is about coverage and appearance rather than fitment. - What makes the EX-Guard XG-150 different from a standard deer guard?
It is an extreme-duty, Generation 2 design built for set-back axle trucks, and it protects the whole front end rather than just the grille area: bumper, fog lights, radiator, CMS, headlights, hood and grille. It also comes with its bracket, so it is a single purchase. - Will a guard sized for one truck fit a different make?
The guard itself is shared across Volvo and Cascadia applications, but the bracket is not. Moving a guard to a different truck means buying the bracket for that truck. Always match the bracket to the chassis first. - Can I install a deer guard myself?
Yes, these are bolt-on assemblies designed for straightforward installation once you have the correct bracket for your chassis. The bracket does the work of locating the guard, which is why ordering the right one matters more than anything else. - What does a deer guard actually protect?
